Chief Operational Officer of North America
Don joined Club Assist in October 2006. The majority of Don’s professional career was with the California State Automobile Association (CSAA). He began his career with them in 1976 as the manager of fleet services. In 1990 Don assumed the first of many Vice President roles he would fill with CSAA as the Vice President, Automotive and Real Estate Services. Don retired from CSAA in July of 2006 from the role of Senior Vice President, Chief of Automotive Strategy. Don has received several awards for innovation and service quality through his career from the AAA National organization.
Wayne Allen
Vice President Operations Asia Pacific
Wayne joined Club Assist in 1997 and began in the Victorian Area Managers position. Between 1989 and 1997 he worked for Australian Battery Company where he held positions from branch management level up to State Manager. Wayne is currently responsible for business in our Asia Pacific region and heads up the Asia Pacific Management Team. Wayne has 20 years experience in the battery industry and holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA).
Jeroen Van Der Werff
General Manager Europe
Jeroen joined Club Assist (or Club Logistics Services as the company is called in Europe) in July 2006. Prior to stepping into this "greenfield' operation, Jeroen has worked as a Management Trainee for KPN, the Royal Dutch Telecommunications company, trained in multiple different skills such as sales, management and supply chain operations. He entered the world of Automotive when he joined Kwik-Fit in 2000, holding the position of Operations Manager. In this role he's been responsible for the introduction of several new FMCG product lines related to automotive parts replacement in 185 branches in the Netherlands.
His current responsibility is the general management of Club Assist's operations in Norway, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and France, as well as European business development. Jeroen holds a Masters Degree in Corporate Law.
