Brett Davies

Chairman and Group Chief Executive

Brett Davies founded Club Assist in 1992 with the vision to introduce a logistical model to automotive clubs worldwide that drives down their infrastructural costs and, simultaneously, increases their revenue streams. 
He has 30 years of extensive experience in the automotive industry. Known for his dedication to people management, Brett focuses the business on values – both the values of Club Assist’s client clubs, their members and the Club Assist employees. Under Brett’s directorship, Club Assist now reaches out to over 
60 million automotive club members in 7 countries worldwide.

   

Stuart Davies

CEO and Managing Director

Stuart has been in the automotive business for over 30 years. In 1977, he managed the family’s business, 
the Australian Battery Company. The company specialized in manufactured, wholesale and retail automotive batteries. The business quickly expanded across Australia until being sold in 1995. In 1991, the family business diversified into Club Assist supporting motoring clubs.  Stuart headed up many different departments during the early years and moved to North America for two years to head up the North American expansion in 2001.  Stuart was promoted to CEO of Club Assist in 2006 and was appointed to Managing Director in 2012. 

   

Alex Leombruni

Executive Vice President Chief Financial Officer

Alex commenced with Club Assist in 2000. Alex’s experience includes 9 years with SmithKline Beecham where he occupied the position of Finance Manager for both the pharmaceutical and consumer operations in Australia. Prior to that, Alex was head of finance and management accounting for Country Road Australia. Alex has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), is a member of CPA Australia and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

   

Bruce Adams

Executive Vice President General Counsel

In 2002, after more than 10 years as a partner of an Australian law firm, Bruce Adams took up the position of Club Assist’s General Counsel. Bruce is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of Club Assist’s legal affairs and for protecting Club Assist’s legal interests. Bruce has over 20 years experience as a commercial lawyer.

 


Steve Grossrieder

Global Chief Operating Officer

 Steve joined Club Assist in June 2010. Steve has an operational and customer service delivery background, with extensive cross divisional experience, having held a number of key roles over the last 12 years at NRMA Motoring & Services. These roles included Head of Business Motoring, General Manager of Roadside Operations and more recently, General Manager of Membership & Distribution. Steve has a graduate diploma
in Business Management and a post graduate in Change Management. 

   

Maree Morizzi

Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources

Maree joined Club Assist in July 2011 and brings with her with over 15 years HR generalist and commercial experience acquired both locally and internationally in both the public and private sectors. Her expertise lies in driving cultural change and creating high performance teams across a broad range of industries including Finance, Automotive and Defence.

Maree has a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology and was recent member of the Local Learning and Employment Network (LLEN) Board. She is the co-writer on several papers published in internationally accredited journals and has been a recent key note speak on the topics of culture and leadership,
in a number of executive management forums.
