Our parent company is a joint venture between the NRMA ( Australia’s largest motoring club), RACV (Royal Automobile Club of Victoria ) and a private consortium. Strategically, the joint ownership of the organisation blends a strong financial and moralistic backing of Australia’s most recognized organisations with a rich entrepreneurialship that results in the consistent delivery of value creation for our partners and consumers.
The Global Head-office is located at Dandenong, Victoria, Australia whilst the business operates marketing offices and logistical operational facilities in a number of major cities throughout the Asia Pacific, North American and European regions.
Now partnering approximately 70 Automotive Clubs worldwide and consisting of more than 6000 personnel, Club Assist’s purpose is to continually improve our client club businesses so as to provide their customers with exceptional service anywhere / at any time across the globe.
