Tracey Wright was appointed Chief Executive Officer in March 2019 and is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the business and providing advice to the board. Prior to joining Club Assist, Tracey headed up Energy Services Pty Ltd in NextGen at EnergyAustralia, responsible for driving considerable growth in the solar PV and battery storage residential and commercial sectors.

Tracey is currently a non-executive director for Bowls Australia, the national sporting body for the sport in Australia.  She is the board sponsor for a whole of sport IT solution which is being implemented for the sport nationally, and heads up a national steering committee.

Tracey has over 30 years experience in a range of industries and multinational organisations, including the renewable energy sector, fast moving consumer goods, general merchandise, financial services and advertising agencies.

Hamish Mackley

Hamish is responsible for the operations across Asia Pacific and is accountable for driving the growth of the Club Assist business for its shareholders.

Hamish has over 20 years’ experience in General Management and Business Development with publicly listed corporations such as Barclays, Brambles and Brinks in Asia Pacific and the Americas, including regional roles based in China, Singapore and the US.

Hamish has developed an understanding of the logistics industry with a specific focus on originating and delivering bespoke project solutions in remote and difficult geographies.

Moreover, Hamish has been involved in leading teams in originating, closing and implementing several large acquisitions for publicly listed companies in China, India and Malaysia.

Hamish holds a Diploma of International Trade undertaken in Wuhan, China and is conversational in Mandarin Chinese.

In 2002, after more than 10 years as a partner of an Australian law firm, Bruce Adams took up the position of Club Assist’s General Counsel. Bruce is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of Club Assist’s legal affairs and for protecting Club Assist’s legal interests. Bruce has over 20 years experience as a commercial lawyer.

Dr Rosalyn De Vries

Rosalyn is responsible for strategy and business planning at both a global and regional level and leads product engineering and development together with brand, market research and corporate communications.

Rosalyn has a Doctor of Business Administration with 20 years’ experience in various leadership roles in publicly listed companies such as BNY Mellon, Advance Asset Management, Perpetual Limited, AXA and UniSuper.

Rosalyn has a strong background in strategy and business planning with diverse experience in areas of product management, marketing, customer experience, market intelligence and market research.

Rosalyn has published and presented at a number of industry symposiums and has facilitated strategy and ideation sessions for organisations in Australia, the US and Canada.

Darshan is responsible for managing the Finance and IT divisions of Asia Pacific with added global responsibilities of managing Group Treasury, Audit and Tax. Darshan has been with Club Assist Group for over 10 years and has undertaken various senior finance roles within Australia and USA during this time. Prior to his appointment as CFO, Darshan was Vice President of Finance for North American business for 2 years.

Darshan has a strong background in Governance, Commercial Finance and is a strong advocate for adding value beyond numbers. He has a Master’s degree in Commerce and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Australia.

Michael is responsible for the Human Resources and Safety functions of Asia Pacific.  He comes to Club Assist from a broad and varied Human Resources career spanning sectors including higher education, banking & finance, pharmaceuticals, scientific services and retail.  He has spent time as a member of the board of directors for a not for profit organisation and has been regularly involved in industry forums including presenting as a key note speaker and being a member of a HR leadership think tank group on the future of work.

John Tutt, President & CEO of Club Assist North America, drives the growth strategy and manages operational relationships with executives and key stakeholders within the AAA/CAA Club landscape. Under John’s innovative leadership, his business acumen has consistently resulted in increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved employee satisfaction.

With 20 years in the automotive services industry, John operates at both a strategic and operational level, demonstrating a successful track record in delivering substantial business growth, exceptional customer service, and gainful results. As the leader of the Preferred Service Provider for the AAA/CAA Mobile Battery Service Program, John’s focus is on continuous improvement across the entire end-to-end service delivery chain.

After joining Club Assist as Vice President of Auto Glass in Melbourne, Australia, in 2008, John was later named Executive Vice President of Club Assist North America in 2013. In the fall of 2017, he was appointed President & CEO of Club Assist’s North American region. John currently serves on four Boards of Directors, representing Club Assist Joint Venture businesses.

Warren Hart

Warren Hart, Chief Operating Officer in North America, plays a key role in developing and setting the operational strategy for AAA/CAA Clubs, concentrating on achieving sales objectives, performance improvement, development of products and services, and key stakeholder relationship management.

He joined Club Assist as Vice President of Operations for the U.S. West Region in 2015, rising to Senior Vice President, US West Operations two years later. In January 2019, Warren was named Chief Operating Officer for the North American region.

Prior to joining Club Assist, Warren worked in strategic business development and sales at several automotive insurance-related companies in executive management capacities, including Windshields America, QCSA Direct, and Strategic Claims. Most notably, he served seven years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Copart, directing a national sales team managing the client base, and partnering on corporate initiatives to expand the company’s footprint in the western U.S.

Nick SanFilippo, Chief Technology Officer for Club Assist North America, focuses on Club Assist’s technological needs as well as research and development. His goal is keeping Club Assist’s technology offerings ahead of the curve through driving immediate and long-term business goals which improve operational efficiencies.

With 22 years serving as an executive, global strategist, and business leader, Nick brings a valuable blend of expertise in IT, international business operations, and management of highly complex, multimillion-dollar projects in the U.S. and overseas. His skillset includes developing budgets, managing regulatory compliance, IT governance, and allocating and optimizing resources.

Defining requirements and creating technology infrastructures that drive extensive productivity into an organization, Nick’s strengths positively impact revenue, profit margins, and competitive position. He has also demonstrated the ability to influence and drive comprehensive change, and build IT strategies and infrastructures aligned with overall corporate objectives.

Tee Cambre, Vice President, Business Development for Club Assist North America, cultivates relationships with AAA and CAA organizations throughout North America, while seeking out new business opportunities for Club Assist. He manages the joint venture partnership and operation of AAA Auto Glass, which includes four locations in Florida.

As a member of the North American Leadership Team, Tee develops strategic plans to grow core business objectives. He also oversees Claims Tow Assist, an insurance claims towing business model in Las Vegas, serving CSAA Insurance Company which currently writes insurance coverage for 14 states.

Tee serves on three Boards of Directors, representing Club Assist Joint Ventures businesses: Club Auto Solutions, LLC – a partnership with AAA Club Alliance; Motor Club Battery Services, LLC – with Club Assist partner, Ohio Auto Club; and AAA Auto Glass, LLC – with Club Assist partner, AAA Auto Club Group. Prior to joining Club Assist, Tee owned and operated auto glass and commercial glazing glass-related businesses in Florida and Louisiana.

Steven Matos

Steven Matos

Senior Vice President, Operations - Canada & Eastern US Region

Steven Matos, Senior Vice President, Operations – Canada & Eastern US Region, is responsible for the management of numerous key partnerships with AAA/CAA Clubs through his role on the Club Assist North American Leadership Team.

He is focused on embracing challenges and delivering results. Working with each Club Partner, Steven and his team strategize to enhance each touchpoint of battery service to optimize the Member experience at the roadside. Prior to joining Club Assist in 2014 as General Manager, Canadian Operations, Steven held a variety of roles in finance and operations within the automotive services industry, including CAA Group of Companies and Nissan North America.

Steven is actively involved in charity work for grieving children who have lost a family member, and he also serves as a board member for Oakville and Milton Humane Society. In addition, as an accomplished distance runner, Steven leads 10K and half marathon clinics for beginners.

Stephane Belisle

As part of Club Assist’s North American Leadership team, Stephane focuses on providing timely and reliable reporting and works closely with other Club Assist leaders and Executive Management to achieve the company’s financial and strategic goals.

Stephane believes that integrity is the basis for strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, both within and outside the organization. After receiving his Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) designation in 2011, Stephane left public accounting for private enterprise aspiring to learn and develop as a trusted business leader. With successfully holding senior financial management roles in both private and publicly traded companies, Stephane has gained extensive experience in manufacturing, wholesale, retail and not-for-profit.

After joining Club Assist as Financial Controller of Canadian Operations in 2015, Stephane was later appointed to Financial Controller of the North American region. In 2017, Stephane was given the opportunity to relocate to Club Assist’s Los Angeles office where he resides today as VP of Finance for Club Assist North America.

Maria Randall

As Vice President Human Resources of Club Assist, Maria has accountability for all HR activities in North America. This includes implementation of all HR initiatives and recommendations on HR strategy, plans, projects and activities, along with translating business strategies and objectives into the appropriate HR actions and initiative.

Maria joined  Club Assist in 2016 with more than 25 years of Human Resources experience. She brought with her impressive business acumen, punctuated by her experience as a key leader in HR roles for such respected organisations as  University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Penn Central, Draka Holdings, Rinker Materials and American Financial Group.  She has a proven record as a change agent for increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving productivity and organisational effectiveness. Maria’s impressive background touches all aspects of Human Resources including recruiting, compensation, benefits, HRIS, staffing, organisational development, conflict resolution and employee relations for both domestic and international business environments.

Jeremiah Cordovano

Vice President, Product Strategy

Jeremiah Cordovano, Vice President, Product Strategy, is responsible for the acquisition and development of Club Assist’s battery products and roadside tools in North America. Working with suppliers and vendors at a strategic level, he procures high-quality equipment, capable of handling the rigors of the roadside environment.

His concentration focuses on ensuring AAA/CAA Battery Service Technicians are appropriately equipped to get stranded Members safely on-the-go. Overseeing all technical Research and Development, Jeremiah manages the development team responsible for the Toolbox application and printed battery fitment guides, the Product Fulfillment department, and customer engagement staff, as well as the fleet and transportation division.

After serving nine years as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, Jeremiah managed large-scale engineering projects and corporate initiatives in the gas and oil industry. He joined Club Assist as Project Manager in 2013, and currently serves two Boards of Directors, representing non-profit organizations.

Julie Robinson

Vice President & General Counsel

Julie Robinson, Vice President & General Counsel for Club Assist in North America, manages all legal matters, including negotiating, reviewing, and drafting contracts for AAA/CAA Clubs, Joint Ventures, and Mobile Battery supplier agreements to support Club Assist’s growth initiatives and long-range sustainability.

After joining Club Assist in 2016 as Associate In-House Legal Counsel, Julie was appointed Vice President and General Counsel in January 2019. She oversees matters of corporate compliance regarding Federal and State regulations, intellectual property, copyright law, corporate governance, and labor laws. Julie is also responsible for Risk Management, Safety, and Worker’s Compensation.

Having served as an in-house attorney since 2009, Julie works across numerous areas of corporate legality. Her background includes providing legal counsel for implementation of Human Resources departments, managing SEC filings required of publicly traded companies, and FTC compliance. In addition to Corporate Governance, Julie also worked for 13 years as a Corporate Accountant.

Kevin Redmond

Vice President, Joint Ventures

Kevin Redmond, Vice President, Joint Ventures, for North America, drives strategic development of the Joint Venture (JV) model, introducing innovative services and products to current and new markets. He promotes JV partnerships for AAA/CAA Clubs and sits on each JV Board.

With nearly three decades of leadership experience within motoring clubs and the automotive industry, Kevin specializes in operational best practice, business improvement, and member experience. He spent 10 years with the National Roads and Motorists Association (NRMA) in Australia, leading the transformation project for road services and 580 approved fixed sites.

Over 15 years with Royal Automotive Club (RAC), Kevin climbed the ranks, eventually leading the entire road service operation, including call centers, dispatch, national resource planning, and support for 1,750 field technicians, 250 Audi-dedicated service providers, and a network of contractors. He successfully set up a mobile mechanic franchise and cooperative model within Australia, disrupting the status quo, growing from two to 58 franchises under two years.
