Alex Leombruni was appointed Chief Executive of Club Assist on 1 September 2017 and is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the business and the provision of advice to the board. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Alex was Chief Financial Officer for the Club Assist business globally for 17 years.
Alex’s experience includes 9 years with SmithKline Beecham where he occupied the position of Finance Manager for both the pharmaceutical and consumer operations in Australia. Prior to that, Alex was head of finance and management accounting for Country Road Australia. Alex has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), is a member of FCPA Australia and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Chief Operating Officer

Hamish is responsible for the operations across Asia Pacific and is accountable for driving the growth of the Club Assist business for its shareholders.
Hamish has over 20 years’ experience in General Management and Business Development with publicly listed corporations such as Barclays, Brambles and Brinks in Asia Pacific and the Americas, including regional roles based in China, Singapore and the US.
Hamish has developed an understanding of the logistics industry with a specific focus on originating and delivering bespoke project solutions in remote and difficult geographies.
Moreover, Hamish has been involved in leading teams in originating, closing and implementing several large acquisitions for publicly listed companies in China, India and Malaysia.
Hamish holds a Diploma of International Trade undertaken in Wuhan, China and is conversational in Mandarin Chinese.
In 2002, after more than 10 years as a partner of an Australian law firm, Bruce Adams took up the position of Club Assist’s General Counsel. Bruce is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of Club Assist’s legal affairs and for protecting Club Assist’s legal interests. Bruce has over 20 years experience as a commercial lawyer.
Dr Rosalyn de Vries
Executive General Manager Strategy & Innovation

Rosalyn is responsible for strategy and business planning at both a global and regional level and leads product engineering and development together with brand, market research and corporate communications.
Rosalyn has a Doctor of Business Administration with 20 years’ experience in various leadership roles in publicly listed companies such as BNY Mellon, Advance Asset Management, Perpetual Limited, AXA and UniSuper.
Rosalyn has a strong background in strategy and business planning with diverse experience in areas of product management, marketing, customer experience, market intelligence and market research.
Rosalyn has published and presented at a number of industry symposiums and has facilitated strategy and ideation sessions for organisations in Australia, the US and Canada.
Chief Financial Officer

Darshan is responsible for managing the Finance and IT divisions of Asia Pacific with added global responsibilities of managing Group Treasury, Audit and Tax. Darshan has been with Club Assist Group for over 10 years and has undertaken various senior finance roles within Australia and USA during this time. Prior to his appointment as CFO, Darshan was Vice President of Finance for North American business for 2 years.
Darshan has a strong background in Governance, Commercial Finance and is a strong advocate for adding value beyond numbers. He has a Master’s degree in Commerce and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Australia.

Jennifer is responsible for developing and implementing the people plans and strategies which are aligned to business objectives and the Club Assist strategic plan.
Previously Jennifer held a number of Senior Government appointments where she was accountable for Human Resources, Health Safety & Environment, Technology, Asset Management and Construction. Prior to this Jennifer worked across a number of different industries ranging from Banking and Finance, Transport, Manufacturing, Property Services, Software Solutions and Telecommunications.
She has over 20 years’ experience in diverse industries where she has gained excellence in organisational transformation, project management and change management. Jennifer has a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Business (HR & Psychology) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
General Manager Supply Chain
MBA, CSCP, CPL
Dojo has 25 years’ experience working in supply chain across the spectrum of the industry from multi-model 3PL/4PL providers (JAL Cargo, Yusen-NYK, Maersk Logistics, DB Schenker) to manufacturing and distribution (On-Semiconductor, APC by Schneider, Apple, Voith Turbo) holding various roles. Dojo has worked in Southeast Asia for most of his career and has led projects on vendor-managed inventory, supplier continuous improvement programs and new business set-up in the region and the Middle East.
Dojo holds a Masters of Business Administration, is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and Certified Professional Logistician (CPL). Dojo is completing his MCIPS accreditation, which is an internationally recognised standard of achievement for procurement professionals from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS).
North America Leadership
President and Chief Executive Officer
As President & CEO of Club Assist North America, John Tutt drives the growth strategy and manages operational relationships with executives and key stakeholders within the AAA/CAA Club landscape.
With 20 years in the automotive services industry, John operates at both a strategic and operational level, demonstrating a successful track record in delivering substantial business growth, exceptional customer service, and gainful results. As the leader of the Preferred Service Provider for the AAA/CAA Mobile Battery Service Program, John’s focus is on continuous improvement across the entire end-to-end service delivery chain.
After joining Club Assist as Vice President of Auto Glass in Melbourne, Australia in 2008, John was later named Executive Vice President of Club Assist North America in 2013. In the fall of 2017, he was appointed President & CEO of Club Assist’s North American region. John currently serves on four Boards of Directors, representing Club Assist Joint Venture businesses.
Senior Vice President of Operations for the Eastern U.S. and Canada
As Club Assist’s Senior Vice President of Operations for the Eastern U.S. and Canada, Steven Matos is responsible for the management of over 20 key partnerships with AAA/CAA Clubs, while serving on the Club Assist North American Leadership Team. Working with each Club Partner, Steven and his team strategize to enhance each touchpoint of battery service to optimize the Member experience at the roadside. Prior to joining Club Assist in 2014, he held a variety of roles in finance and operations within the automotive services industry, including CAA Group of Companies and Nissan North America. Steven is actively involved in charity work for grieving children whom have lost a family-member. In addition, as an accomplished distance runner, he instructs 10K and half marathon clinics for beginners.
Senior Vice President of Operations for US West
Described as a consummate professional and respected leader, Warren Hart is the Senior Vice President for US West Operations at Club Assist. His broad responsibilities range from working directly with AAA Clubs to enhance and grow their Battery Programs, to managing a field operations team of over 50 people across multiple states. Prior to joining Club Assist, Warren worked in strategic business development and sales at several automotive insurance-related companies in executive management capacities, including Windshields America, QCSA Direct, and Strategic Claims. Most notably, he served seven years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Copart, directing a national sales team managing the client base, while partnering on corporate initiatives to expand the company’s footprint in western US. As a creative, driven leader, Warren thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach.
Vice President Business Development & Marketing
As Vice President of Business Development & Marketing, Tee Cambre cultivates relationships with AAA and CAA organizations throughout North America, while seeking out new business opportunities for Club assist.
Tee manages the joint venture partnership and operation of AAA Auto Glass in Florida, serving AAA Auto Club Group members. As a member of the Club Assist North American Leadership Team, he develops strategic plans to grow core business objectives.
Having recently developed a new towing business model in Las Vegas serving CSAA Insurance Company, Tee continues to seek growth initiatives in North America and maintain global businesses for Club Assist.
Tee serves on three Boards of Directors, representing Club Assist Joint Ventures businesses.
Prior to joining Club Assist, Tee owned glass-related businesses in Florida and Louisiana.
Vice President Human Resources
As Vice President Human Resources of Club Assist, Maria has accountability for all HR activities in North America. This includes implementation of all HR initiatives and recommendations on HR strategy, plans, projects and activities, along with translating business strategies and objectives into the appropriate HR actions and initiative.
Maria joined Club Assist in 2016 with more than 25 years of Human Resources experience. She brought with her impressive business acumen, punctuated by her experience as a key leader in HR roles for such respected organisations as University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Penn Central, Draka Holdings, Rinker Materials and American Financial Group. She has a proven record as a change agent for increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving productivity and organisational effectiveness. Maria’s impressive background touches all aspects of Human Resources including recruiting, compensation, benefits, HRIS, staffing, organisational development, conflict resolution and employee relations for both domestic and international business environments.
Vice President Finance
As part of Club Assist’s North American Leadership team, Stephane focuses on providing timely and reliable reporting and works closely with other Club Assist leaders and Executive Management to achieve the company’s financial and strategic goals.
Stephane believes that integrity is the basis for strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, both within and outside the organization. After receiving his Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) designation in 2011, Stephane left public accounting for private enterprise aspiring to learn and develop as a trusted business leader. With successfully holding senior financial management roles in both private and publicly traded companies, Stephane has gained extensive experience in manufacturing, wholesale, retail and not-for-profit.
After joining Club Assist as Financial Controller of Canadian Operations in 2015, Stephane was later appointed to Financial Controller of the North American region. In 2017, Stephane was given the opportunity to relocate to Club Assist’s Los Angeles office where he resides today as VP of Finance for Club Assist North America.
